What starts the 10-business-day clock?

The clock begins after Dalton confirms the source material, brand guidance, rights documentation, subject-matter access, and approval path are complete.

Can the work expand after the Sprint?

Yes. The Sprint ends with three derivative concepts and a fixed-price expansion plan. If a Flagship Moment Campaign is contracted within 30 days, the Sprint fee is credited once toward that campaign.

Who actually leads the work?

Dalton Creative leads the narrative and creative direction and holds final quality approval. A vetted producer and fixed-rate specialists are added only for the roles the approved scope requires.
